PLOT SUMMARY/PRODUCTION NOTES
Two estranged brothers reunite amid the chaos of a hot summer day in the Bronx, 1961.

The entire film was shot on location in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Creating the 1961 aesthetic from existing locations was a challenge for the filmmakers. Among the locations used were Moe Albanese's butcher shop on Elizabeth Street, Eunice's house in Red Hook, and the director's bedroom on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
